In various months throughout the year, Pastor Miessler will be devoting the “Pastor’s Page” in the Monthly Tidings of Grace to explain and apply the verse or catechism question.  He will help with words and ideas along with giving us questions to consider that make an impact upon our lives.  He will help show us the use of the verse, its importance in our daily lives and how to help bring the verse alive to our families. 

Remember that the goal is not to only memorize words, but it is to memorize the verse and use it, have it in our minds and upon our lips.  Therefore, we want everyone to understand the verses and how they apply to their daily life.  If you still find questions about the verses or catechism, just ask an Elder, Sunday School teacher, or Pastor Miessler and they will be more then happy to help us gain a better understanding. 

There are many valuable resourses in our library that will also help give us a better understanding of the text or catechism question.
