                           All in the Cross,

                           Dr. Jason Hutchinson

    Hymn 274:  When I Survey the Wondrous Cross, verses 2 & 3

    The Apostle’s Creed

I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born of the virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; He descended to the dead. The third day He rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty. From there He will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church*, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
*The word “catholic” means the universal church, or all of God’s people, it is not referring to the Roman Catholic church.

    The Lord’s Supper*

    Hymn 274:  When I Survey the Wondrous Cross, verses 3 & 4

    *Benediction

    We cordially welcome our visitors!

We are happy to have you worship with us tonight.

It is our prayer that you will be blessed by the ministry of God’s Word and enjoy the fellowship of our church.

*May I Take Communion at Grace?  As we come to the Lord’s Table, we believe that God calls us to examine ourselves and we therefore encourage you to consider the following questions before approaching his table:

    Have you been Born Again?

    Have you been Baptized?

    Have you Professed your Faith?

Are you Living a Life of Repentance?

Are you in a Right Relationship to Christ’s Church?

If you can answer “yes” to all of the questions, then we joyfully invite you to take communion.
